Before we begin
What changes, how value is measured and where control stays with your team.
When should we bring Klaisson in?
When financial workflows are taking capacity away from the decisions that matter. That might mean repeated manual reporting, disconnected asset information or investment analysis that is difficult to update and challenge. We identify where financial expertise and Core can make a practical difference, starting with a clearly defined business priority.
What would need to change in our business?
We start with your existing workflows and build around your models, systems and approval requirements. Together, we decide what to connect, what to improve and what should stay as it is. Changes are introduced in stages, with practical training and guidance for each role. Your team tests the workflow on its own work before it becomes part of everyday practice.
Where does AI help, and who makes the decisions?
The Agentic Team helps prepare analysis, investigate questions and review the work in the context of your financial workflows. Your team remains responsible for decisions and approves material changes. Financial outputs are checked against agreed reference cases, giving reviewers a basis to assess the answer and its supporting evidence.
How is our data protected when AI is involved?
The AI environment is designed around your confidentiality requirements. Options include open-source AI solutions and a bespoke client environment. We agree data access, processing location, retention and training rules with your technology and security teams, then validate those boundaries before rollout. The chosen setup determines the protections in place.
How will we know the investment is paying off?
Agree the measures before the work begins: time spent on a reporting cycle, turnaround on an investment case, rework or capacity released for analysis. Start with a focused workflow, compare the results with the starting point and use that evidence to decide whether to expand across more assets or teams.
How is the engagement priced?
Pricing depends on the scope, the integrations required and the support your team needs. The commercial proposal sets out deliverables and costs, including implementation, platform access and any third-party AI usage where applicable. Scope changes and ongoing support are agreed explicitly so you can assess the full commitment.
What would we depend on Klaisson for afterwards?
That is defined at the outset: what your team operates, what Klaisson supports and what relies on Core. We agree data access, output exports, training and handover arrangements. Core remains proprietary technology; ownership and usage rights for bespoke work are set out in the engagement terms.
